"The room was amazing with a great view. The staff were very friendly. The location was convenient. The tub was huge and very nice I highly recommend this place. The free shuttle and free parking was a great feature that set this apart from other hotels."

"Roome was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Only gripe for me....I use a walker and my room was the furthest from the only elevator. Also I left my robe and my husband robe and hoping I get them back."

"The Hyatt Place in Nashville was excellent. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is superior. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It was a safe easy walk to Broadway. I recommend this hotel."

"We were very happy with the accommodations and impressed with how nice the condo was presented when we walked in. The mattress on the bed, however, needs to be replaced in the unit we stayed in. Uneven wear in the bed made it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep in."

"The suite was clean and spacious but lacked dishes in the kitchen. The staff that helped us check-in wasn't welcoming, mumbled and rushed the process of checking us in (there was not anyone waiting behind us). He pushed a a couple of pieces of paper towards us with information about restaurants nearby and info about The Magnolia and apparently was done helping us because he immediately looked away from us to do something else. Coffee is provided in the lobby in the mornings. That was a nice touch."
