“The room was clean, and not dated. The breakfast was great, we enjoyed it. The property was well maintained except the lot behind the lobby was not great. The rest of it was nice. And staff was helpful. I felt pretty rushed when checking in but she was very friendly.”

“I strongly advise against booking the Fall River Hotel during the summer months. We checked in on August 8th during a severe heatwave with temperatures exceeding 100°F. Upon arrival at 8:00 PM, we found our assigned room had absolutely no air conditioning. The room was unsafely hot, completely unventilated, and impossible to sleep in. When I requested a room change, the front desk staff refused, telling me that because it is a "historic hotel," they are not allowed to install air conditioning....
