"The check in was easy and simple, the view from the room on the river side was amazing (definitely recommend river side view), the hot tub, pool, and sauna were great. The only downside side is that you could hear people walking or talking in the hallways. Other than that it was a great place to stay and just a short walk to downtown dells!"

"STRENGTHS: Well-maintained and clean hotel that has many on-site facilities including a convention center. On-restaurant (cedar and sage) was nice. Very close to (across the highway from) the Green Bay airport. COULD BE IMPROVED: Would be great if there were a safe walkway between the hotel and airport (staff cautioned us against walking across the highway). Hotel provides an airport but it starts at 7am (not helpful for guests with flights before 7am). Staff could use training in how to communicate in a friendlier and more accommodating tone. Even if they are unable to help a guest (e.g., with transportation to airport before 7am, with a change in reservation that was made using 3rd party system like expedia), staff could seriously improve the way they explain that they cannot help (vs. without anger or annoyance)."
