“PROS: beautiful location, property, and room, large balcony with small kitchen area CONS: Basic service items insufficient or not even available: - coffee maker in room came without supplies; but they sell you coffee pods for 1 Euro ea. at the front desk, twice the nearby store price; - no paper towels or hand tissues available, even upon request (maid told us to 'just use toilet tissue') - getting a towel for the beautiful swimming pool is nothing short off a hassle:...

“Other than breakfast food was an issue. Many times, there was nothing open and the hotel only serves food during very limited hours. If you were out and missed the window, there wasn't food available. Also, on one of the days there was a specific plate of food they were serving. If you didn't want that there wasn't another option.”

“The staff was great and the property was as well. The room was lovely and I had a great view of the Carnival parade. I will stay here next time I visit Martinique. Also, they have onsite parking which is beneficial for staying near the parade site.”

“The hotel is walking distance to the ferry terminal and restaurants. If you need a room for a night you can tough it out. The room was clean but needs refurbishing. Wifi connection was poor. There was no iron, fridge or station to make tea or coffee in the room. ”

“There is NO beach at this hotel. There is a small , not very nice beach a short distance away but it is NOT a beach for spending any time. The hotel room had an ocean view but also a view of the port, which is the neighbouring property, and the marina. The pool is very small and the chairs around it are few. As far as value for money goes it doesn't match the price. The gym is minuscule and breakfast is NOT included. We had to pay 17 Euro per person for breakfast AND there are no nearby...

“Everything was great! Clémentine was really warm-hearted and we didn̈'t miss anything! The hotel itself was extraordinary and we had a perfect breakfast with fresh fruits and nearly everything handmade. Thank you so much, Clémentine! We would definitely recommend!”

“Staff was great. Breakfast ok but very busy when we were there and food was only warm. Great coffee machine. This is definitely more of a hostel environment than a hotel and taxis from the airport are ridiculously expensive and difficult to hire. Taxi to cruise port was a tad more reasonable. I can’t honestly recommend this hotel despite lovely staff. ”

“Property has no one to assist with bags and also did not understand me clearly had they did not speck English too good. WiFi was not working making it hard for us to communicate with the driver for the next day. The deposit was not refunded back to me after over a week. Which I was told it would be canceled the following day one no items were as found broken ”

“Tout était parfait! La chambre supérieure est superbe avec en prime la petite terrasse privatisée au top. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, bien varié et bon. La piscine superbe avec un bar dans la piscine juste magnifique. Des cocktails au top. Le dîner dans le restaurant le Pitaya juste exceptionnel. Le tout avec un personnel extrêmement sympathique. “Das Zimmer wurde täglich mehr oder weniger gereinigt. Nicht immer wurde der Boden gewischt, teilweise lagen Flusen über Tage auf dem Boden und auch Handtücher wurden nicht zuverlässig ausgetauscht. Die Klimaanlage hat perfekt und ohne Störungen funktioniert. Auf der Terrasse standen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Nespressomaschine inkl. Kapseln zur Verfügung. Duschgel und Shampoo waren vorhanden, jedoch keine weiteren Pflegeutensilien wie z.B. Wattestäbchen. Das Frühstück bestand aus einem...
