“This a 10/10 hotel, that’s truly a boutique upscale hotel. The staff is extremely helpful. They have us early check in and late check out and recommended great restaurants. The room is amazing, clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. The shower and bed are 5 stars. Loved our stay and we will definitely come back”

“위치는 매우 만족 했으나 처음부터 3성습 호텔이 아닌 1~2성급 호텔로 설정을 해야 실망감이 적을듯 하다. 전체적으로 너무 오래 됐으며 105호는 너무 습하고 환기사 전혀 되지 않고 창문조차 없습니다. 방음은 전혀 안 되고 26년 2월 17일 밤 10시가 넘는 시간까지 영어를 쓰는 투숙객들이 엄청나게 큰소리로 떠들고 웃고 하는데 직원은 어떠한 조지츨 하지도 않음. 체크인시 직원은 어떠한 설명도 해주지 않고 평소에 누워서 핸드폰만 하고 있음. ”

“Las habitaciones están limpias y espaciosas, pero no dejan amenidades al día siguiente, solo el día que llegas lo que hay es para todos los días... el personal no existe, esto es como un Airbnb pero no te lo dicen, mi experiencia fue muy mala: Llegué y no había nadie que me atendiera, entré porque estaba la puerta abierta pero el lugar vacío, después de esperar casi 20 minutos subí hasta el 3er piso y había una señora de limpieza, ella me comunicó con su propio celular al encargado de atender...
