The property and breakfast are great. The one note I have to mention is that the male employee that’s there the most (maybe owner?) chain smokes cigarettes. My room was directly next to the front desk so my room constantly smelled like an ash tray which isn’t great given that I’m asthmatic. Everything else was great. It’s a Budget hotel in a great central location! I just hope this note makes that guy mindful of his smoking addiction. Smoking INSIDE the hotel is gross.

They provided nice variety breakfast. The room was clean. It’s a short walk to Cesme castle. The bus stop for Izmir is 5 minutes walk away.

My room was small and looked clean. The location is convenient, you can walk around the city center (where there is also a small beach) and take minibuses to other beaches. For budget travelers, it is inconvenient that the hotel does not want you to consume external food or drinks on the property.

Kötü diyemem ama daha iyi olabilirdi özellikle odada kullanılan eşyalar yatak nevresim duş malzemeleri yatak ta karıncalar vardı söyledikten sonra temizlendi 4 kişilik görseldeki oda planı ile gittiğimizde karşılaştığımız oda planıyla çok farklıydı ama aile ce kalabileceğiniz bir ortam yemekler ve kahvaltı güzeldi oda dışında ilgi alaka saygılı ailece kalınacak bir ortam herşey için teşekkür ederiz

2 günlük bi konaklama yaptım. Otel çok iyi tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Çalışanlar nazik ve yardımcı oldular. Temizlik gayet iyi hiç bir sıkıntı yok. Kliması yeni ve sağlam duyu gayet fazla ve sıcak su var. Güvenli aile oteli. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve normal bir kahvaltı doyurucu lezzetli sadece çok beklentiniz olmasın ama hijyen temizlik vs hepsi çok iyi çeşitte gayet yeterli. Ben çok memnun kaldım.

Çok kötüydü odalar temiz gözüküyor ama detaya baktığında aşırı tozlu ve pisler yerler halıflex hiç hijyenik hissettirmedi. Personelle sürekli bir tartışma halindeydik, kartımızdan o gün içerisinde mail order kapalı olduğu için para çekimi yapamamışlar 4 saat sonra odayı başka birine kiralamışlar tartışarak odayı geri aldık ve haklı olduklarını savunup durdular hotels.com’un desteğiyle anca odamızı geri alabildik ki siteyle iletişime geçtiğimiz için bile ayrıca bizimle tartıştılar. Her şey dahil olduğu söyleniyor rezervasyonu buna göre yaptık, otele gittiğimizde ise durum asla bu şekilde değildi. Sabah ve akşam yemeği vardı öğle yemeği çıkarmadıklarını müşterilerin sıcaktan dolayı yemediğini söylediler (bir çok durumda aç kaldık) sadece tost gibi aperitif yiyecekler sundular, yemekler hiç bir şekilde fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi değil hiç bir meyve çeşidi yoktu, ürünler kalitesizdi. İçecek konusunda günlük 2 bira hakkımız olduğunu söylediler (tüm içeceklerde toplam 2 tane alkollü alkolsüz fark etmez) daha sonrasında aslında bardak bira veriyoruz biz diyerek olayı çevirdiler (250 ml) aldığımız biralardan birini teslim etmek zorunda kaldık (toplam 1 bira hakkınız var) çok kötü bir deneyimdi full pansiyon satış yapıp müşteriyi bu şekilde kandırmak asla kabul edilemez. Hotels.com ile de görüştüm işlem yapacaklarını söylediler bu şekilde devam ederse reklam kuruluna tüketiciyi şaşırtmaya yönelik şikayette bulunulacağım.
