“This hotel was amazing. When we arrived they greeted us with a welcome cocktail which we enjoyed in the open air restaurant/bar overlooking Lake Arenal. the room was clean and very pretty. The rooms are individual casitas with small patios in front overlooking the lake. We had a small fridge and a coffee maker in the room, very handy for enjoying morning coffee on our patio with beautiful views. “Generally clean. Hot water is GOOD. Backyard is pretty. Free coffee. Breakfast is GREAT. You can choose 1 out of 3 dishes. I recommend to choose traditional tacos. The night staff guy is very helpful and friendly. You can book whatever tour you want (Morning staff guy doesn't have a good attitude, tho). Also, close to bus terminal and restaurants.”
