The only good thing about this hotel is that is conveniently located. We travelled as a family and booked two rooms late check-in went smoothly. We were shocked to find there were communal showers and toilets did not feel safe and the Rhoomes were smelly and quite dirty. The mattress was uncomfortable and the sheets did not feel particularly clean and were very itchy. One room has marks on the ceiling the other had graffiti on the walls and television screen.

Last minute booking was a relief. Bedroom clean and comfortable despite being a slight squash! But no toilet roll available in the morn wasn’t so amusing. Perhaps a roll in room offer would solve that issue?!

An hour to get a key as automated system not working,rude service when she turned up,when going to our room the stench of tobacco and weed smoke was too much when a rat ran down the corridor it was the final straw, save you money please..

A fuir!!

Lorsque j’ai réservé cet hôtel, j’avais conscience que les toilettes et la douche étaient dans le couloir et que le confort serait minimum. Je ne m’attendais toutefois pas à être la seule touriste dans un hôtel occupé par des demandeurs d’asile, avec un matelas de quelques cm seulement posé sur une planche en bois en guise de sommier, un sol à la propreté douteuse et une couverture usée et ne ressemblant plus à grand chose. Je vous passe l’état des toilettes et de la douche. Bref, on frise l’insalubrité à tous les niveaux. Quand on sait qu’il y a un autre hôtel de la même chaîne quelques centaines de mètres plus loin, en meilleur état et avec un service petit déjeuner, on se demande ce que ce taudis fait encore sur le site d’hôtel.com! Heureusement pour nous, nous avons réussi à négocier notre transfert dans ce deuxième établissement pour notre deuxième nuit.

Trop de bruit trop de personnes sale qui chi partout Hotel qui sert a accueillir des personnes en demande d'asile ou je 'e sais quoi etc vraiment déçu dommage le mec de l'accueil était super gentil c'est dommage qu'il y ait tout ce monde dedans qui son sale ou qui ne savent pas vivre en collectivité

Nuit pas reposante

On ne va pas se leurrer, pour le prix, c'est du minimum. Entre les autres occupants qui font un bruit d'enfer toute la nuit, qui ne respectent rien aux murs qui sont fins comme du papier. On ne parle pas de la couette qui a des traces bizarres et une brûlure de cigarette, ni du sol poussiéreux et des coins noirs car jamais fait. Lit une planche un matelas fin. Point.

Werden van het ene naar het andere hotel gestuurd. Receptionist onvriendelijk, ongeinteresseerd. Midden in de nacht brandalarm, zonder uitleg. De kamer stonk naar rioollucht. NOOIT MEER ENZO.

Hôtel médiocre

Hôtel très vieux qui aurait besoin d'un bon rajeunissement pour être dans les normes actuelles, et pas seulement d'une couche de peinture ! Et le petit déjeuné à 4,50€ laisse à désirer (plateau repas avec 2 pains au lait et 2 biscottes à la place du buffet habituel). Point positif le personnel de l'hôtel était accueillant et sympathique.

Hôtel ENZO

Accueil pas très correcte, on nous a juste signalé que nous allions peut être être obligés de changer car vendangeurs en grand nombre, j avais réservé pour 2jours. Petit déjeuner pas de table, Pas de serviettes toilettes, prise de courant cassée, couverture déchirée, heureusement la personne à l accueil n était plus la même et ESTELLE a été très réactive avec la responsable. Merci à ces 2 personnes. Conclusion beaucoup à refaire dans cet hôtel j ai photos mais ne peut pas les joindre.
