Plenty of parking!!! Hoss’s Restaurant next to hotel. Great food and reasonable prices. Very spacious and clean room. TV is small by today’s standards. I didn’t like not having an ice bucket but the easy solution was to use a container in the kitchen or have a large water jug. Besides that the room was surprisingly very nice. Excellent and friendly staff. Foods provided in the lobby for cost was reasonable.

There was hair in the bathroom, only shampoo with no conditioner, no blow dyer. The room had a musty smell. They also charged a refundable 50 dollars for the room. That was not disclosed on Expedia. We also had a lovely view of the dumpster out of our window. Our sheets were stained. Charging a refundable 50 fee when the room was not up to far seems unfair it should be the other way around after I had to clean up the halr in the bathroom.

The staff were friendly and responsive. The hotel interior was clean and modern, as were the rooms. However, we saw two live cockroaches, one in the hotel room bathroom and one on the nightstand (presumably because we were in a suite, and guests drop food and don’t clean the kitchen area well). Overall, our stay was comfortable and better than expected for the price despite the bugs.

Clean room with comfortable beds. There was an issue with the TV remote(s) that the desk clerk (only staff person on the property) was unable to solve, but I give him 5 stars for patience, because I was tired, hungry, stressed, and impatient with him. AND THOUGH THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME AFTERWARD, I SAW THAT THEY HAD REFUNDED MORE THAN HALF THE PRICE OF THE ROOM! That, alone, is enough reason to give them another try, I will say that it would be nice if they added a little warmth and color to the rooms... some pictures on the walls, a nice pillow, a few basic condiments in the kitchen area... anything to make guests feel a bit more comfortable. And the breakfast could be a little nicer. But for the price, I think it's a good deal.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the AC didn’t seem to cool to my desired temperature. Breakfast was adequate but the area was very messy. Spilled coffee and scrambled eggs, crumbs. The coffee was not good! Staff was efficient but not very friendly and not professionally dressed. Flip flops!? It’s an ok place that could be really good with some small adjustments.

Our room had maintenance issues. Door viewer missing, toilet wobbled on floor, not bolted down. Hinges on door not installed properly so you had to push hard to close the door. Broken outlets in light fixtures not working. Smoking or musty odor in room. Other than that room was clean, newer looking and acceptable.
