"Excellent location for airport and good public transport to city centre. Good breakfast. Would benefit from better signage for reception after dark. We were not aware that there were two hotels on the site and tried to check in to wrong hotel."

"Whilst the room was on the compact side, our experience was excellent. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet despite close proximity to an airport. A minor issue is that there was only a plug on one side of the bed."

"Lobby and room high quality modern design. Our room was on the ground floor which was great as we didn't have to rely on lifts! Location is excellent, walking distance from all areas of interest Pool on roof is small but adequate Had a lovely time, would definitely return, thank you!"

"This was a lovely little hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a lovely view from the balcony of our room. Breakfast was good. The hotel doesn't do evening meals but it was only a short walk into Ascain where there were plenty of bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay, would recommend and would return again when in the area"

"The hotel is very nice - it's the third time we've used it and would use it again. The only gripe is that the bar staff/servers seem to be overworked and maybe are too few in number. It just takes a while to get served. Also, they wouldn't let us have an evening meal on the terrace. None of the servers had any idea why, however. It just seems strange."
