Our stay at Alpenrose was very pleasant. The shared bathroom was clean and we were provided everything we needed. We even got some croissants in the morning! The only negative was that the WiFi did not reach our room very well (we were in a corner).

Basic but clean and pleasant hostel

Very clean and tidy youth-hostel style place, run by a pleasant Korean family, clean facilities including a communal kitchen; sheets and towels are extra. It's outside of Chamonix in Les Pelerins area, but takes only 25 minutes to walk into the centre of Chamonix.

Ótimo custo benefício

o proprietário nos recebeu e de imediato deu um upgrade para um quarto maior pois estava em reforma o que havia reservado . As condições do quarto, banheiro e em geral eram muito boas, pareciam novas, com roupas de cama super limpas . Aquecimento de quarto e duchas excelentes. O proprietário nos deu um cartão de passe livre para todo o transporte público de Chamonix, incluindo ônibus e trem, isso facilitou muito nossos percursos . Não temos o que reclamar . Estava ótimo .

Great spot great price

Top notch! The cooking facilities are fully stocked and cleaned, the beds are comfortable, linens clean and the whole place is run by a polite kind super helpful japanese family that really took care of me. I forgot a phone charger and they lent me theirs and I left my goggles when I checked out but they held onto them for me until I could return Great place! I’ll be back
