"This hotel offers virtually no service. While bed linens are provided, guests are expected to make the beds themselves and even strip them before leaving. You’re also required to thoroughly clean the room upon departure, or an extra charge will apply. Basic essentials like toilet paper and soap were either missing or insufficient. Overall, it does not offer good value for the price. Not recommending it!"

"The was an excellent hotel, the staff were extremely polite and helpful and provided recommendations for where to go, and to eat in Chanonix. The hotel has great amenities and is a short walk from the Brevant gondola, meaning on arrival we were able to hire equipment from the hotel and be in the chairlift within 30 minutes. The Spa made for a very relaxing apres-ski and was never too crowded. Overall a great stay and would come again"

Super helpful and the best I have seen with their positive helpful happy nature. I would give it 5 rating for all categories it would have been great if there was a kettle to make tea/coffee otherwise absoultely fantastic stay."
