Room 926 was simply amazing. I wanted to surprise my wife with a high floor downtown city view and the hotel staff made it possible. I wanted to give a special thanks to Aisha the Assistant GM and Amanda. Both of these ladies were amazing host. Both my wife and I were so touched by their kindness and amazing customer service. We look forward to our next visit. My wife and I want to also send a special shout out to the amazing Hispanic lady who took our rooom number down at breakfast. She is a very helping and kind lady.

Very good service, the night clerk was very patient with my ol lady who had one too many Long Island ice teas. I think his name was Mike but very courteous.
