“Excelent pool to the kids!”

“Likes ; price Dislikes ; 1) sometimes the shuttle took a pretty good while to come get us, 2) Every morning that I was there, they commenced cutting the grass at 7:30 AM, waking me up every time 3) Even though they had given me a late checkout (noon), the maid was there at 10am with a security guard steadily trying to open the door even though I told them that we were not dressed and were not due to check out until 12:00pm. 4) the gym was woefully ill equipped.”

“The shuttles are only to the Disney parks. No shuttles to an from the airport or to Universal parks. Also, the shuttles pick up before the fireworks each night which is part of the experience and paid for. Rooms are well kept. No complaints there. Staff are polite and somewhat helpful.”
