"We loved the SPA and Pool facilities. Our room (family room on two level) has an amazing view of Matterhorn from our balcony- especially at sun rise when it just glowed as if it was made of Gold. Room itself was large and clean with adequate facilities. Check in was straight forward too. Zermatt itself is a beautiful ski resort town. The hotel was in a great location near the railway station. The hotel offers a courtesy bus to pick or drop you at the railway station."

"We booked into a sister property & got no notice that we were moved to this one. It was fine, but we would have liked a heads up. Also, I received an email confirming that I would have a bathtub (medical reason). We were were put in a room without one & had to move. There were only 6 rooms occupied in the hotel when we were there in April, so the breakfast was very scarce compared to what they described as their usual spread. This is a small family owned property. It is well maintained & the staff were friendly & helpful. They will pick you up at the train station if you make arrangements with them in advance."

"The hotel was very cozy, quite and the surrounding was super picturesque and beautiful. The cleaning was very good. It's very much easily accessible to train station and grocery store. The staff is very cooperative. Overall superb experience."

"Alpenblick is a priceless gem at the foot of the Matterhorn! The hotel and grounds are beautiful! The staff was wonderful, the rooms were spacious and the food delicious. It was very peaceful and relaxing during our stay and the best part of our vacation!"

"The hotel was insanely clean and organized, the staff was exceptional!!! We stayed 2 nights and the morning breakfast was fabulous. I would highly recommend the hotel bar for a nightcap. The work out room and pool was a bonus! Private balcony topped off the stay."

"A few seconds walk from Zermatt train station. We stayed in the Stars Suite for two nights. I cannot think of one negative thing that anyone could say about this hotel, the spa or the staff. The welcome was so wonderful, the apartment was top drawer, the spa (day 5 and day 7 were my favourites) is an experience to really indulge in. The view of the Matterhorn…!! Breakfast is even better than you can imagine. Then on your doorstep are many many fabulous bars, restaurants, boutique shops and stores. No cars, no trucks only yodelling electric tuk tuks! Absolute bliss."
