"Right in downtown Mancos. Small room with shower. Mattress lumpy, not comfortable. The upstairs area is quite charming with a sitting area and a large full kitchen where we made our lunches. Very clean. Be careful when you pay- you are offered the opportunity to add a tip and without thinking I tapped 20% on a bill of about $400. I wish I had said “no tip” and just left cash on the nightstand. When I asked the owner about it she said all the tip goes to the cleaning staff and offered a refund. I let it go. Lucky day for some housecleaner."

The bathroom was nearby and easy to access and I really liked that there was room to walk my dog it was fairly quiet for being so close to a main road. I didn't meet any staff as they had prepared an envelope with instructions. That was okay."
