As soon as you walk in the hotel it smelled You had people fighting alright? Alright, smoke smoke and people with dogs even though it said no, I'm smoking. The TV work on and off which it took staff about 4 hours to finally get the T. V. To work here. We pulled out pull out bed and oh, my did not use the pull out bed. Let's just say that the mattress was a Corum saying. The floors were dirty.It needs to be updated a lot and Only one. Outlet work in the floor was nasty. Where the bottom of the socks not being mopped. Or cleaned not unless you have no money. I will not recommend you staying there with your family.

Nothing was good. Dirty. We checked in and walked to our room through horrible smoking . We were on the 3rd floor and no elevator service. We had our 85 year Aunt with us. We checked out immediately. We expect to be refunded for both rooms and hope the desk cleak did not capture our financial information for personal use.

Disappointing even for a cheap hotel
Checking in was fast and had no extra fees or anything. When we got to the room they had roaches and poison for them in all the drawers and cabinets. My 1 year old was with us and would find the tablets and kept trying to play with them. The microwave above the sink was broken but we were not told this, they did have an extra microwave in the room so they knew it wasn't working. We didn't know which one to use and went to use the broken one not realizing it and it was making a loud noise and started to smoke we immediately turned it off. When I told the front desk they said "Well the other microwave works right?" and I said if they can't take it out they should at least put a note on it so people know not to use it and don't start a fire or something and they just said "yeah ok" so I don't think they had any intention of removing it or even putting a note on it. They also claim to have free breakfast but had nothing out but coffee every morning.

Pros: Pet friendly. Close to the joint naval/air force base. Free parking. Cons: The smoke detector was hanging from the wall. The vending machine was like playing roulette for what we'd get to drink. There were no trash cans in the halls on the floor. There were bugs in our room. The carpet hadn't been cleaned in ages. Weird smells throughout the entire hotel. Graffiti in the elevator. No reentry from the side doors. No amenities in the kitchen suite. Do not recommend staying.

The rooms in general were dirty and had a bad smell, the bathroom was dirty and infested with cockroaches, apart from poor service by the staff who did not want to return my money. I will never return there in my life.

the worst place I think we have ever stayed. Staff was worried more about his phone call than making my keycard work. The picture showed a recliner in the room. There wasn't one. Then when we finally settle down to go to sleep-someone opened our door at 1:15 in the morning. If I had not pulled the bar over the door they would have come in our room. When I asked the clerk about it the next morning he was apologetic and said he would find out what happened. I have yet to hear from him. On top of it not being very clean and welcoming there was a opened bag of chips and an opened bag of Doritos in the microwave. And this place cost me over $75.00 for just one miserable night. Good luck with your visit here. I know I will never stay here again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Stay Away! Reviews are misleading!
There were roaches everywhere. Smelled of smoke. Hallway trash cans were overflowing. Rooms and hallway were dirty. I tried 3 different rooms asked for a refund and was told they couldn't. Ended up sleeping in the truck.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed in this property. I have a severe insect allergy and when I arrived and checked into my room there were at least 7 roaches crawling over the bathroom sink and kitchen counters. There was also trash thrown about in the corners and the AC did not work. I told the front desk and they attempted to move me but the next room had bugs crawling all over as well but the AC did work. I asked for a refund due to my allergy but I was denied.

Horrible horrible horrible
Do not stay here!!! He gave away my room and them made me pay an upgrade fee to stay in a deluxe. Took 45 minutes to check in because the first room he gave me was actually occupied. Finally got in my room and found trash in the hallway, my refrigerator didn’t work and there is a homeless camp out back. Pets and children being loud past 10pm. Did not dare take a shower because the only toiletries available were from the previous guest. No breakfast. When I checked out a different guy at the counter asked how it went and I told him I had problems at check in and he didn’t ask me to elaborate or say sorry or anything. Again do not stay here!! I wish I would have not but it was super convenient to where my activities were for the evening.

Hot Box Elevator
When we arrived the tiny foyer was ok, however when we opened the door to the hall way, a mound of trash greeted us. The elevator smelled stongly of weed. Our room smelled strongly of Ramen noodles. The AC didnt work and the room really needed a good cleaning. The grab n go breakfast was instant grits and granola bars. When the coffee ran out no more was made. We only stayed one night.

We got to the front desk and the first impression was not good at all. Looks unsafe and not clean. We didn't spend the night at this location and had to stay in an other hôtel and pay for an other room. We feel inconfortable by using our extra night for nothing. We still have 12 days before heading back to France and we won't be able to get another extra one. For tonight we've booked through Agoda as we didn't want to take a chance to bé desapointed again. I guess you should take this hotel off your list.

This is a homeless shelter. The room I was given was completely dirty. Filthy. The TV didn’t work, the couch did not have cushions, the bathroom was dirty. I roomed smelled of complete smoke. There was some guys hanging around smoking and just watching your ever move making you feel completely unsafe. For the price you pay go somewhere safer, especially if you have a family.

They have roaches. A lot. And i left my blanket there called a few hours later and they supposedly never found it. Front door has tape so it doesnt get locked ever. No door in the back.

This was one of the worse places to stay, there was food left in the microwave, the shower leaked all night, ppl was outside of the place waiting for others to come in and out so they could go in. The hallways did not smell great at all.

DO NOT STAY BURN THIS PLACE DOWN
This hotel needs to be shut down. IMMEDIATELY! I was checked in at 2:30 so i could change in time to make a wedding. There was a stench of pee and manure across from the elevator on level 3 which was unbearable. Once i arrived back to the room there were roaches everywhere. The kitchen area the bed area the common area.

We stayed in a room on the bottom floor and the people above us had no respect for the fact that we were below them. They were extremely loud, running back and forth and jumping up and down. I went to the front desk and complained. They spoke with the family above and the noise stopped for about 30 minutes. After that it sounded like the were purposely jumping up and down even harder then before. I complained again and was told they were already told to quite down and there was nothing else they could do. I had my 11yr old and two yr old with me and we could barely sleep until the noise finally stopped around 2am. The lady at the front desk seemed to not care AT ALL that we could barely sleep with what seemed like horses galloping back and and forth all night! We will not stay here again!
