“Staff and location are good”

“For $700 a night, a guest should at least be able to sleep. Upon checking in, we were assigned Room 301 (located directly beneath the kitchen and breakfast area) and immediately heard loud commotion from above. We asked the front desk if the noise would be a problem during the morning breakfast rush, but they simply said "maybe" but claimed no other rooms were available to move us to. To make matters worse, getting this breakfast required scanning a QR code, visiting a third party website, and entering my personal information just to make a reservation. Honestly, it might have been better not to offer anything at all. No one would expect to go through this much trouble just to get such a mediocre breakfast...

“I was very comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located near the highway as well as stores and restaurants.”

“Amazing stay! Loved this hotel and all its amenities. From wine hour, to complimentary breakfast, to the milk and cookies in the evening and the complimentary bottle of wine brought to our room! All staff were helpful, kind and courteous. The location was perfect. We literally were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Close to all shops, restaurants, tours and right on the waterfront. I highly recommend this hotel!”
