Cute well decorated hotel in the heart of old Charleston. Great place to spend the night and walk around during the day. Easy to drop things off while out and about exploring the city. Staff are friendly. Nice breakfast included.

Beautiful hotel. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Nice amenities in the room. The hotel had a turn down service which was unexpected and welcoming after being out all day. Great little touches such as, leaving a note card about the weather for the next day. The staff was friendly and professional. They gave great recommendations for restaurants and assisted with reservations if needed. The hotel had a wonderful bar area with great cocktails and a really popular espresso martini. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

Unique older building, restored to comfortable hotel, along the popular Easy Bay street. Staff was helpful, kind welcoming. Gorgeous hotel in an amazing location. Wonderful staff, and we loved how good it smelled in there! (Seriously whatever scent they’re piping into the lobby was amazing) Our only complaint was a lack of drawers in our room to put our clothes away, needing to keep our suitcases sprawled open took a little bit of the gloss away from he room.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Palmetto. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hotel was stunning and we loved the light breakfast served in the morning. Definitely the best expresso martinis and old fashions in town.
