Nice and clean room. Very helpful staff. Room needs more lighting and for some reason we couldn’t open our microwave unless we unplugged it. Not sure what that was about. Also breakfast was not good. Would do better going out for breakfast.

I’ve stayed a few places in Charlotte but this was by far the best. Excellent hotel! Me and my son enjoyed it all. Very close to local restaurants and things to do around the area. Not far from the Spectrum Center to see the game as well. Staff was friendly, have to give them props on recommending the pizza place we went to. Will definitely book there again for our next trip.

Everything about this stay has been wonderful. The hotel is spotless, and the room was very spacious with plenty of toiletries and towels. The area is beautiful with many restaurants within walking distance, and the airport is only 20 minutes away.
