The hotel looks new and in a prime area in Charlotte downtown. Everything was walkable and convenient. The staff were super helpful, and the room was extremely nice. The amenities like shampoo and soap were included in the king bed suite with a kitchen included. Breakfast is included and had a decent variety with eggs, sausage, and tortillas for Mexican style food. The laundry is a little pricey at $3 each for wash and dry ($6 total), and they only take quarters. You can ask the front desk for change though, so there’s no need to go to the bank. There is a tapas and beer bar at the first floor of the hotel for your sports game nights and or chill and chat.
The main gripe at this point would be the area surrounding the hotel. There is a huge complex under construction across the street, and the roads aren’t particularly in the best shape. However, I’m sure once it’s all completed, the area will be booming.
Overall, highly recommended stay at the hotel!
