"My stay at AC Hotel Charlotte City Center exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick, seamless, and set the tone for a great visit. As a first-time visitor to Charlotte, I initially hoped to find street parking, but quickly realized it was limited. The hotel's self-parking option ended up being incredibly convenient, with an easy, direct path from the garage to the elevator and my room. The staff was consistently warm, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, especially the self-serve refreshment area with pre-packaged ice and other essentials, which made things simple after long days out. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the view from my room. It offered a beautiful perspective of the city and made it even easier to unwind. The room itself was comfortable, clean, modern, and exactly what I needed while attending a wedding in Charlotte. I only wish I could have stayed longer. From the attentive service to the comfortable accommodations and convenient location, every part of my experience reflected thoughtful hospitality. I would gladly stay here again and would confidently recommend AC Hotel Charlotte City Center to friends, family, and business travelers looking for a welcoming and well-appointed place to stay in the heart of the city."
