"We didn't expect too much. We arrived decently late and tried to call multiple times to check how late we could check in, the first 2x the phone was not answered. We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. The room smelled a bit of cigarettes and had to be aired out. The layout was complicated with steps right after the door and a seperate toilet which...

"The location was good, easy walking, parking across the street. The only issue was it was a top floor room without air-conditioning. To be fair, it was much warmer than usual in the area. "

"It was horrible rainy, misty and cold. The room was cold and even through the owner brought us an extra heater & a lovely cup of tea, it never got above 17 degrees. Small room with basic facilities. Narrow stairs & struggle to get bags up to room. Restaurant nice but steak I had was tough."

"Prestations et confort de qualité dans une résidence des années 70. Toit et murs recouverts de tôles en Fibro !! Appartement bien insonorisé et avec un mobilier neuf. Balcon trop petit dommage car nous avions une belle vue du Super Besse ! A recommander !"
