The stay was very comfortable. Clean rooms and washroom. Wifi was a bit spotty-room for improvement there. Owners were very helpful and accommodating with the stay. Also, helped us with setting up a bonfire by the pool.

Bon petit motel accessible et propre.
Pour 110$ directement sur notre route à Chatsworth, cette chambre était parfaite. Un peu vieillot mais la chambre a eu des rénovations. Tout ètait fonctionnel ey le service excellent. Note, le WIFI ne fonctionnait pas par moment.

The motel was close to everywhere I needed to be so stayed there for a week. I liked the room and the view from the balcony was lovely.

Dommage que la piscine n’était en fait pas accessible car l’arrière était bien sympa avec des tables pour manger Et une belle vue pour relaxer. Le bbq est un peu vieux mais fonctionnel! Idem pour la chambre, vieillotte mais fonctionnelle! Hôte très sympa par contre.

Mauvais sejour
La chambre était insalubre et sale -crasse incrustée au fond de la baignoire -moisissures et traces de crasse dans les plaintes, les murs et les plafonds -insectes -rideaux et couvres lits sales et déchirés -forte odeur de cigarette -détecteur de fumée déficient -piscine hors service Ceci est inadmissible, d’autant plus en période de pandémie. Les gérants n'ont rien voulu savoir. Nous on montre 4 autres chambres dans le même états.. Une honte.

No complaints about the cleanliness of the place.. its well maintained. However, the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on... new mattresses are definately needed. The motel was well situated for our needs and close to a store if we needed anythinf.

Did not make up room between nights. No wifi available. Room was clean when we checked in though. Nice lady at check in.

Clean, comfortable, though older washrooms. Check-in was easy. Place was quiet. WiFi generally okay. Room had fridge, but no microwave or coffee maker, which is not great in a town without restaurants.

Rooms were clean but very dated. Shower operation was terrible. No pressure, temperature varied between very hot and very cold within minutes. Price too high for what they had available. Owner was friendly.

Perfect little motel on the way to Tobermory. Very clean & comfortable, staff was friendly & even has a heated outdoor pool for the kids.

On the Road Overnight Stop.
Very friendly and helpful welcome by staff including luggage transfer from car to room. An older structure but very obvious effort to offer a clean and comfortable stop. Clearly wanting their guests to have a good overnight experience. During the heat wave of our stop swimming pool looked very inviting. Back on the road early to continue our journey after a very restful night. Glad we found it on a very busy Canada Day Holiday.

The service is very good and the people working there are charming. The rooms are outdated but when we were there the new owners were changing the rooms and removing the rugs so I have no doubt that it will look better and cleaner. No access to the kitchenette but again, I think that if you were to go in a few months this place will look great. The grounds are amazing and this is a great place to retreat. They balconies which is also a plus!

Book this only if you have no other option
The motel is old and is need of immediate upgrades. The heaters in the room barely work. The price they charge is not justified.

Good option for a pet friendly place to stay
Pet friendly motel for responsible pet owners. Good service, beautiful property and convenient location. A bit too pricey as condition of the room could be improved.

Our room was very clean, comfortable bed, kind and helpful staff. Was looking online for accommodations on short notice. Good price, quiet area. We were happy with our stay! As we did not know what to expect.

Amazing view
A quiet place, with a beautiful view. The room wasn't anything special, but served our needs. Only real complaint was that I could only use the shower, not tub (tricky with small kids). Didn't try the pool, but looked nice.

It is an OK place for one night stay.
On Friday I decided to take the Sunday trip to Own Sound, during the long weekend. For almost CA$160, it was the cheapest one available around Own Sound. There is a few of food places available in the area and it will take 10 min drive to Own Sound. Although towels and furniture are a little bit old and the fridge barely works, the room is clean, the beds are comfortable and servants are supper nice. Maybe it is what CA$160 can get during the long weekend. 
