It's one of the nicest hotels in the area (and the location is great), but my friends stayed at a much cheaper hotel, which offered things this one didn't. They had cold water out front. They had cheaper valet. They had free coffee out front, but I had to pay for ours. This hotel is still way nicer, but you'd expect some more extras. A welcome snack, or gift (or something like that) to make you feel it was special and upscale would be a great...

“Just not the best experience overall. The staff was very nice but during my stay the chicken drumstick bones were in front of the lobby doors and I saw staff walking in and out of those same doors. The chicken bones were there throughout my entire stay. My room was ok but when I walked in it was 83 degrees on one of the hotter days in July. The gym was dirty. Overall…I will just book somewhere else next time”
