"The hotel was very clean the free breakfast was nice perfectly located for the town
however the receptionist staff was useless and a tad rude,
first night we stayed we wanted an extra duvet so we asked they came to the room and gave us pillows… they took 3 attempts and we waited 45 minutes for a blanket.
If you wanted a drink from the bar you would have to either beg someone to get on the bar or wait a long time to be served as they did not like having someone on the bar, if you could not manage the bar just get rid of the bar, right?
The last day I asked to extend my stay and the young receptionist staff bluntly said fully booked then proceeded to ignore me, literally talking to a brick wall ignored.
I feel the cleaning staff work hard however the lobby staff were horrific.
I probably would stay again as it’s a convenient hotel however I’d keep my distance from the lobby staff the next time."
