This hotel is very close to the city center, making it super convenient to go anywhere. Moreover, all the staff are very enthusiastic and the service is excellent. Both the front desk and the luggage reception service are superb. The staff responsible for cleaning the rooms on the fifth floor also do an excellent job of keeping the rooms very clean every day. Looking forward to seeing you again next time.

The hotel was located in center area, very convenient. The breakfast is delicious with variety choices. The front desk staff Eliana is friendly and very helpful, our flight was 18:00. She kindly extended the check out time to 14:30 to accommodate us to catch flight with heaps of luggage’s easily on 3/12.

Major love for this hotel! Right next to a street of great dining options. Our room is spacious, toilet is superb - comes with 2 sinks, a tub, separate showering and toileting area. Not mentioning the polite and friendly staff there who made our stay even more at ease and enjoyable. Special shoutout to Amy, who handled all our enquiries and went out of her way to ensure we had the most comfortable stay. Immaculate service!!<3 I look forward to my next stay here in Chengdu.

Good Location, Great Service!

2nd time staying at this hotel when in Chengdu. Love its proximity to Taikooli and Chunxi metro station. Lots of good food around too. 2 convenient stores within 100m from Hotel Hotel staff offered to change my room to 1 with a king size bed with living room when my twin beds room is too size for a family of 3. Overall hassle-free experience

I thought this hotel was a great place to stay, especially if its your first time in Chengdu. Its got a great location near the metro, IFS centre, chunxi lu and taikoo li. I'm not sure if it was an upgrade but the room was so big and spacious and was really well maintained. Staff were friendly even and tried their best to speak English which was greatly appreciated. Can't fault anything about the hotel!

Great location near shopping center and lots of food choices. However we can also hear the car honking from the road below. The bed is very comfortable, it's one of the best hotel beds I experienced. Most of the Hotel stuff only speaks minimal English.

The hotel is in a great location, staff were helpful and friendly. The room is well laid out, the bed is extremely comfortable. The handheld shower cannot be adjusted to tilt down, while there is an overhead shower this is not ideal if you don’t want to wet your hair. The water pressure is excellent, we appreciated the face washers. Breakfast catered mostly for the Chinese guests, however there was still plenty of choice for westerners. It is uncomfortably hot in the restaurant, this makes enjoying breakfast more difficult. The photo of the pool in the advertisement doesn’t reflect the pool area, we didn’t find it very inviting as the picture suggested it to be so didn’t use it as it was so hot anyway to be outside. I would recommend this hotel for the location, service and room amenities.

優良點 位置：附近多餐廳，亦近太古里。 登記入住：迅速。 房間設備：竟然有蒸氣房。 床單毛巾：乾淨。 床褥及枕頭：舒服。 浴缸：房間有浴缸。 要改善： 1）房間的咖啡機壞了。 2）房間沒有雪櫃（冰箱）。 3）其中一日收拾房間時，竟然忘記換浴巾。 4）浴室室外沒有位置掛毛巾。 5）浴室的門隔水不完善，以致洗澡時有水流到浴室外。
