Receptionist couldn't find our reservations and said we were not booked under Hotels.com....I found my name on the register that was open and pointed it out to him.

The night front desk guy let us check in early as we arrived super early due to flight time. We paid for it but it was worth it. I urge this website to include the breakfast option in the rate as there was some misunderstanding on my part. Sorry about that. I suggest the people working at the hotel to at least fake a smile. Some sour pusses working there. It’s an old property. You get what you pay for and it was worth it! Mostly Indian guests it seems.

Close to airport which made it noisy. I took earplugs so not a problem. Reception staff were excellent. Spoilt by the attitude of the porter, who carried 1 backpack to our When we said we had no change but would tip him the next day. He told us he would get change for us from our 500rupee as he finished work at 6am. It was after midnight we had just come off a flight. Without thinking we let him change the money. He brought back no small notes. Then went on to say we should give him 100 rupee.
We have never known this happen in the 100's hotels we have stayed in.
Please be aware.

The descriptions says it can allow 3 people to sleep but they charged 1800 for 3rd person. I booked two rooms
Please dont book this property. They vheat to just grab more money from you.
The operator called us at 2:30 Am in the morning to disturb and say he will be generating bill.
Very disappointed. Please dont book the property
