층고도 높고 에어컨도 큰 에어컨이라 매우쾌적하게 잠을 잤어요 최고의 호텔이라 후에 또 방문 예정입니다. 조식도 맛있다고 들어서 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

My room was very spacious. I loved the deep bathtub. The hotel and rooms are exceptionally clean, The staff were very friendly and speak some English which is extremely helpful! Lots of great place to dine in the area.

Still the best in Cheonan.

Most hotels in Cheonan are now quite expensive but maintenance is very poor. There are some flaws but still this hotel is better than others. I also enjoy the room size. Draining can be a problem depending on the room. I'll still visit here for business trip but not

숙소가 전반적으로 만족스럽습니다. 프런트 카운터도 친절하시고 객실내부도 청결하고 가구가 훼손된 곳 없고 TV도 큽니다. 화장실도 청결합니다. 다만, 프런트, 엘리베이터, 복도에서 방향제가 너무 쎄서 머리가 아픕니다.

상호 변경 전까지 매우 좋았음. 리모델링 시작되고 이름바뀐후 머리카락은 항상 한두개씩 보임.(바닥) 카운터에 근무하시는분 중 한분은 친절한것 같으나 기계적임. 층고가 높아서 좋음. 관광호텔인데 피트니스 센터 운영하는걸 본적이 없어서 이부분은 개선 되었으면 함.

좋아요

방이 넓고 쾌적해요. 샤워실이랑 화장실도 나눠져 있고 밖에 세면대도 따로 있어요. 침대도 넓고 티비도 커서 편하게 있었네요. 옆에 소파도 있고 테이블도 있어서 편합니다. 조식은 호텔스닷컴에서 13000원에 추가했는데 호텔에서 결제하면 18000원입니다. 빵 종류가 좀 부실해요. 밥이랑 몇 가지 요리들이 있어서 나쁘진 않았지만 그렇다고 만족할 만한 수준은 아닙니다. 주변이 번화가이고 롯데마트도 가까이 있고 식당 편의점 카페 등이 엄청 많습니다. 그리고 한 가지 아쉬웠던 건 체크인 시간 3시보다 1시간 먼저 갔는데 얄짤 없이 얼리 체크인 비용 15000원 청구하더군요. 피곤한 상태라 그냥 지불했지만 좀 아쉬웠습니다.
