El lugar es muy bonito, todo muy limpio, solamente que no tiene un lugar adecuado para guardar y colgar ropa, el espacio que hay es demasiado pequeño. Por lo demás todo estuvo muy bien.

Relación precio-calidad no es del todo buena

Contexto: Viajé 3 días con mi esposa y mi hija de 5 años del 1 al 4 de enero de 2024. Habitación # 7. Cosas buenas del hotel - Excelente ubicación, frente a la laguna y a unos 10 min de caminata al centro. - El diseño del hotel como tal es acogedor y bonito. - Los recepcionistas son amables y serviciales. - El desayuno está rico, no inolvidable pero bien. - Tiene un mirador, terraza y mesa de ping-pong para pasar el rato. - La tele tiene Netflix y YouTube. Mejoras urgentes - El agua caliente para bañarse se acaba muy rápido. - El papel de baño es del más corriente (podrían incluso ahorrar si compraran otros mejores). - No me hicieron limpieza un día, nada más porque sí. - Las camas matrimoniales tienen bases de cemento, por lo que no se pueden mover. Háganse un favor y quiten esas bases para mayor flexibilidad. - No hay teléfono para comunicarse a recepción. Hay que ir sí o sí. - La caja fuerte es muy pequeña. No cabe ni una carpeta con papeles. - El aire no enfría mucho - no me imagino en verano. - El piso del baño es particularmente resbaladizo cuando se humedece. Ojo ahí. - La alberca no tiene calefacción. En general, creo que el precio que pagamos por noche ($2800 más impuestos) no corresponde al valor que recibimos. Tiene potencial, pero le falta mejorar en muchos aspectos claves.

Ofräscht och smutsigt hotell

Smutsigt överallt - vi klagade över poolen två gånger på 5 dagar och den var smutsig dem andra dagarna också. Byggarbete som lät mycket från 10.00-17.00 Problem med vatten och informerade inte när dem stängde av för kallvatten/varmvatten när dem renoverade. Hoteller har fler än 8 rum som det står på hemsidan Aldrig frukost klockan 08.00 som dem lovade. Där luktadw konstigt på hotellet. Toaletten gick i sönder. Positivt - deras frukost

I can’t say enough great things about this property. Upon checkin, the guy that helped me out was absolutely great! He gave me a map to the city & circled places of interest, & really took his time explaining all of the things I should check out nearby to make my trip wonderful. The room was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable. So much so, that I think I slept better there than I do at home, & I have an extremely comfortable bed at home too. :) The staff kept the place extremely clean & welcoming. I was only there two days, but wish I could’ve stayed longer. It was perfect.

We stay 2 nights and I would come back especially they are building a pool right now! The room is well decorated. The bed is sooooo confortable and the staff is just amazing! The terrasse at the top is relaxing. This place has everything you need!

We were here for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful during check in and out. We didn’t have hot water in our room- staff said that it wasn’t normal, but we didn’t say anything until check out (as hot water isn’t always common at some places, so we didn’t think much of it). Parking on site was nice. There was access to rental bikes, community kitchen area, hammocks, swings, view point, ping pong table, etc. The grounds were very cozy and welcoming. The room was good, we liked how there were notes regarding keeping geckos alive and safe, etc. around the room. Good location, within walking distance to downtown square, public parks, swimming, etc. Would book again!

Great Place - Location is A+++

Great place to spend a relaxing evening in Bacalar. Easy walk to a private beach (10 pesos) and also a public access beach. Also right next door to great place for awesome ceviche and walk to all the local bars. Couldnt be better. We loved the mood lighting in the room and great bathroom/shower. We also loved the easy going breakfast spread in the morning and the friendly front desk staff. There is nothing critical at all - perfect spot and we're grateful for the hospitality.
