"Nice place with spacious rooms"

"Property feels safe, breakfast was not the best. Parking is good. Staff seemed nice. Rooms on the first floor that are located by the stairways and exit doors are horrible. Listened to slamming doors most of the night and early morning as guests came and went. It was hard to get any sleep at all. Might not have been too bad if it was for one night, but it was an extended stay."

"When I checked in very friendly staff and professional, when I went to my room I found multiple hair in my shower. The outside of the hotel definitely needs some improvement as far as cleanliness and more appealing. "

"This is a clean hotel. The rooms are nice and roomy and I liked the way it was arranged. The refrigerator and walk in shower were nice. I liked the colors and no carpet was nice. Will definitely stay here again."

"I waited at the check in area for 30 minutes before she came in, on her phone and didn't bother to look up at me until she completed her text. Then saw me and didn't even apologize for the wait. Next, apparently check in is AT 3 with a strict no check in policy before 3. I was there at 1, waited until 1:30, then told her I would wait in parking lot because I wasn't going to drive around for an hour and a half. At 2pm I saw two gentlemen walk in and a few minutes later, walked out to get their bags. I jumped out and asked if they were able to check in since there was a strict no check in early policy that the lady was not nice about telling me more than once. They said they got their keys no problem. So I walked in with them and all of the sudden I was able to check in. Got to my room. It was nice until I took my shoes off and walked across a very dirty floor with lots of dirt on my feet now. Pulled back the covers to find lots of black short hairs on my sheet. Bathroom was disgusting and AC unit didn't work properly. From check in to check out, was a nightmare and I will never stay there again. "
