"We stayed in a basic room looking over the back. Front facing rooms are premium and overlook the lake. Room was ok. Cleaned every day and Nespresso coffee machine was a bonus. The mattress protector was poor and caused issues sleeping on a night. I can’t comment on food as we did not eat in the restaurant but drinks in the bar were fine and reasonable price."

"Luxurious hotel with attentive staff in a wonderful location. Close enough to enjoy Annecy but far enough away to feel tranquil and relaxing. My only negative is that we weren’t given any information at check in and there are some hidden extras - for example breakfast is not included in the price and is €25 per person per day, we were not told this in advance and so the €150 on our room at the end of the stay was a bit of a shock. To park in the hotel car park is also extra although you can park for free on the road. "

"Very good airport hotel in all aspects. Highly recommended. Only the sound proofing could be better since we could hear the highway traffic at night and it can be a bit difficult for light sleepers. "

"Room was clean but had a smell of sweat which was not pleasant. I had to keep the window open at all time. Bathrobe is not readily available only upon request. I waited a few hours for one (actually called to remind them) then the cleaner took it even though I hanged it.. and had to request a second one, unnecessarily work. Other things worked well. Staff members very friendly. "

"This hotel provided a nice sized room with a very convenient location to the airport. It was also an easy walk to the free tram to get into the city center. The room was a bit worn, but it was spacious and well appointed. We had a nice meal at the on site restaurant."
