Was supposed to stay 3 nights and only stayed one. Room was really big, but also really dirty. I asked the front desk if I could check out early and was told yes, and there would be no charge for dates not stayed. The next morning, I was told that no, I would not be refunded for nights not stayed. So, I stayed one night in a dirty, buggy room and paid for three. I would have been happy with a 1 night refund, but nope, out of luck. Breakfast buffet was quite good!

Facility was clean and nice. I can see facility being great for conferences. Our small party found inconvenient to walk to restaurants, etc as was on busy street. Pool was lovely.

Good Place. 9.9 of 10.
Nice resort style hotel. Near airport Staff was friendly helpful. Room is big. Nothing to complain about Will recommend and stay here agin A bit far from city centre. But it’s ok since. Taxis are. Cheap. Grocery store and. Mall nearby.

Early flight
Room is clean, the beds are good and clean We had an early flight and this was perfect for it. Great breakfast. Grounds area is really taken care of great pool to cool off. It was really quiet and still so close to airport. Good shopping center close by.

the layout of the property was weird - the hotel building was like s dorm - the room very basic - the breakfast buffet - eh the staff was lovely!

Un hôtel de transit
Nous avons été très bien accueillis, la chambre était très grande et le lit très confortable. Je ne comprends pas les critiques que les gens ont fait avant nous. Les alentours sont très bien entretenus et la piscine très belle, même si nous n avons pas eu occasion de la tester. Le seul bémol pour cet hôtel, c’est qu il n y a pas grand chose à proximité et que le spa était fermé. Mais pour une nuit avant de reprendre l avion c est l idéal.

We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel was functional. It’s close to the airport so popular with travellers staying just one night. Positives - spacious bedroom and bathroom, breakfast buffet focused on Thai and Chinese cuisine. Staff were helpful. They helped us with a day trip to the Golden Triangle and getting in to Chiang Rai. Negatives - hotel doesn’t offer dinner so you need to get a taxi either in to Chiang Rai (15-20 minute drive) or to the local supermarket which has multiple restaurants. (3 minutes). The bedroom was infested with mosquitos which come in through the bathroom window. We arrived on the Friday evening and a used tray of food had been left outside a room. It was still there when we left on the Monday.

A bit far away from city, need to travel by car a lot but the place is quite and cozy. Room is big a spacious.

Hôtel vétuste dans l'ensemble et qui ne correspond pas du tout à la description. Absence du spa pourtant annoncé, ou de la baignoire promise, robinetterie hors d'âge et défectueuse, réparations non faites, fuites et plafond endommagé, rideaux et coussins sales et malodorants, gros cafard dans un placard, buffet peu varié et de qualité médiocre, insonorisation totalement absente contrairement au descriptif de l'hôtel affichant "quatre étoiles", dallage de piscine abîmé potentiellement dangereux et non réparé ni protégé, chantiers au point mort...En bref, grosse déception...

Teak Garden very good stay
The Teak Garden is excellent , the room was clean and very large. The staff friendly and efficient with some English. The hotel is near the airport just 5 minutes free ride away. The lift , shower, lighting, frig, flat tv all operated; there is enough cupboard space. The bathroom is large clean, modern and excellent. The included buffet breakfast was very good. The hotel is very good value and has a large free car park at the door. I will stay again.

Bra hotell med närhet till flygplatsen. Inte så långt från centrum. Rummet är jättefint och stort. Badrummet är helt ok. Sängen är mycket hård. Frukosten finns inte mycket att välja. Råvorona verkar inte utvalda. Wi-fi fungerar inte i rummet. Annars är vi jättenöjda med amosafärren. Fin utomhuspool och mysig trägård.

Good value, poor position.
At £28 per night the hotel was very good value. Large clean rooms, 8 rooms to a block. Would have liked a balcony though. Breakfast was adequate if a little cold. The restaurant was ok for breakfast but lacked atmosphere and a bit noisy for an evening meal. The pool is good in pleasant surroundings, in early February we had it much to ourselves so the number of sunbeds was not a problem, pool towles provided. The position of the hotel was a little remote, 13 km from town although close to the airport. Cab fare to town 150 baht. Car hire from airport we got for £24 per day inc. There was a few restaurants in walking distance one with entertainment.

Nice resort in Chiang Rai
Friendly staff, nice and quiet resort... not far from Chiang Rai airport, however, you may need a car to go to Chiang Rai downtown and night market.

Could be better.
Room was spacious but overall I was disappointed. No wifi. Had to call maintenance to get the hot water working. Bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Living room, while spacious, was furnished with only a few small benches to sit on. No iron or ironing board in room or on the property. Bathrooms need upgrading. Taxis took 30 minutes to reach the hotel.

just ok
was just ok the bell hop was not very helpful but did drive us to our room. It is a very old accommodation but kept up ok, it still had an old very small tv set with not many channels. I would not stay there again if am traveling to Chiang Rai.

Transport is needed as nothing is within easy walking distance. Hotel is very comfortable with a good swimming pool.

Na het drukke Bangkok belandden we hier een oase van rust. Het bleek heel dicht gelegen bij de luchthaven. De tuin rond het resort was schitterend en het lag tussen de rijstvelden. Overdag hadden we het zwembad voor onszelf. S,morgens rond 7 uur wel gehorig en s,avonds ook. Het was wel buiten de bewoonde wereld. overdag kon je bij de receptie vragen of je een taxi kon krijgen naar het centrum maar om terug te komen met een taxi was een hele klus. Het resort was eenvoudig,bedden slecht en de douche nog slechter maar voor een paar nachten en wat rust en een dagtour door het Noorden van Thailand prima.

ゆっくりしたい方に
70歳の母との3泊滞在です。空港まで親切丁寧なドライバーさんに無料ピックアップしていただきました。空港から近くの静かな田園風景の中に立っています。最初、バスタブの無い部屋に案内されたので、伝えたところ、すぐにチェンジして貰えました。お湯はぬるめです。ホテル内全てタイらしい雰囲気、敷地内でジョギングも楽しめ、お部屋も広く、快適、レストランも美味しいです。日本人は少ないようで、日本語はもちろん全く通じませんし、英語の発音も聞き取りやすくはないですが、皆さんとても良い方で、タクシーのチャーターなどいろいろ相談に乗っていただきました。近くにバンドゥー温泉があり、気に入って2回も行きました。オススメです。

Nice enough Hotel close to airport
This hotel was nice enough great pool, was winter coming into spring over there at the time but still not too cold, the weren't many guests either just the odd coach over nighters leaving early in the morning, my only fault with the place was the bed was rather hard, nice and big but hard all the same. I'd give the place 3 out of 5 easy

Lovely Room Near the Airport
I stayed here with my wife and 1 year old son for 2 nights, and we enjoyed the resort's grounds and the attentive service of everyone on staff. I spent one morning in the lobby with my son, who was just learning to walk, and he wandered throughout the spacious open air lobby making friends with the staff. Beautiful furniture in the common spaces, the breakfast was a fairly nice spread, and the room we were in was large. For the price we paid, it was well worth a visit and we'd come back in a heartbeat. It's a short, 5 minute drive from the river, which is where most of the temples and tourist sites are located.

Looks much better on the website
We arrived being very excited as all of our experiences in the accommodations inThailand had been wonderful up to this point. The staff was polite but not very welcoming. After arriving in our rooms, we realized that the hot water didn't work, nor did the heater (it was very cold), and there was a large moldy spot on the bathroom ceiling. The staff showed up and handled the water heater so that it was warm, not hot, but they did not come back to take care of the heater. The biggest disappointment was the very hard bed. This was the worst bed we slept in all of Thailand and it was the most expensive hotel. Breakfast was okay, there was choice but nothing really tasted very good. Overall, not really terrible but it was disappointing, especially for the cost.
