The room was a little older than I expected, but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was great. The staff was able to help me store bags before and after check-in. The location is really convenient for a Chiayi trip.

Stay for one night before heading to Alishan. The stay is pleasant and comfortable. I stay on level 5 beside the lift and is really quiet. Staff are nice and location is very close to the bus stop in front of Chiayi TRA I’m taking to Alishan. I managed to deposit my luggage here while I take a carry on to Alishan.

The hotel was in a great location. Closed to the train station. 5 min walk to the property. Plenty of food and restaurants surrounding. The staff was unfriendly, stayed for 4 nights, and only got a greeting once and asked questions and impatiently brushed off. The room was smelly like old carpet and mold. Bathroom was wet upon arrival (6 pm).

This hotel is located in very close to Chiayi railway station and convenient for all of what you may need during your stay. only 10 seconds to the closest tasty breaky place, 30 seconds to the 7-11 convenience store and 15mins walk to the night market.
