Good place to rest during travel. Nice that there was complementary hot breakfast. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff are pretty quiet, but nice people.

in sore need of renovation. Room was clean enough but not a great experience for the money. Lots of trucks with one broken down in the driveway spilling oil for about a day. Would not go back.

Someone tried to get in my room at 1:30 on the morning. Then a while later a staff member knocking on door. No microwave or refrigerator. Tv remote didn't work well. The whole place felt a little sketchy. Semi trucks blocking parking.

There’s a $100 deposit fee you have to pay when you check in & I wasn’t told about this untill we arrived . They also took out the money this ironing when we didn’t check into our room untill 6pm tonight . When checking in people that went before us came back down a there rooms weren’t clean a they made them wait untill sometimes clean the room instead of just Checking them into a new room . The hotel itself I don’t think was worth $192 before the deposit .

This was by far the worst hotel ever! I booked because they said they had transportation to the O'Hare airport on their website. When I arrived and tried to schedule a ride, was told they don't offer that service. When I showed them the service was on their website, I was then told I would have had to book two nights. In the morning, I went down to catch an Uber and there was a taxi at the front door offering rides to the Airport. While I have no proof, the driver of the cab looked a lot like the folks running the hotel. As a matter of fact, the driver went around the counter to go in the back office. I'm like REALLY! Again, worst place ever!

sorry but in the website it is mentioned that we only have shuttle service if they have 2 nights stay.Taxi was waiting outside because one guest called them for pick up.

When you check-in you get a ticket for breakfast, you just have give the ticket back. We do not charge for breakfast.

Staff are nice. Price is decent. You get what you pay for which is not bad for the location and the property itself. It's good for overnight stay but not for a few days.

Horrible!!!
This place is a dump! Waited in line for 38 minutes to check in. Must pay a $100 deposit on top of the room fee. Have to pay $6.00 for Continental breakfast. In the area often. Won’t be staying here ever again!

We are sorry that you had to wait for check-in but that day it was busy and before you there were many people whom we were check-in. In our website it is mentioned that during check-in there would be a deposit. we have complimentary breakfast. we did not charged any extra 6.00, there is only two charges one room and second deposit.

The staff was cold and un welcoming. No one likes to have the receptionists at the desk tell them what they NEED to do. It’s not a polite way to interact with guests. The place was a dump. Dirty walls, carpet, broken leaking sink, broken shower. Stains in the sheets.

It was ok for the price. Room was reasonably clean but kind of beat up. Had a mini fridge and microwave and bed was comfortable enough. Billboards for adult entertainment next to it as well as a gas station that felt a little sketchy going into at night made me wonder about the area.
