Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, waffles plus the normal continental grab and go stuff. The property is run down but clean. It was hard to wheel my luggage across the hallway rug because it's coming up in several places. But other than it having the run-down feeling in a few places, the staff was so kind and helpful and everything was very clean, so for the price, especially considering the yummy breakfast, excellent stay!

This was a nice place to stay . I stayed for three nights and did not have a problem. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was ok, eggs were fresh but a little too watery for my taste. Hotel is close to downtown Chico . The parking lot was big and it felt safe. I did not venture to walk because there was no sidewalk to the north on main highway. Overall my experience was good/ok and would stay here again if I ever travel back through that area. You get a free cookie at check-in desk.
