“The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was an issue in the original room I was given and the staff called me to make sure I was aware and that they were going to move me to another room. All staff that I encountered was friendly and personable.”

“Rooms are fantastic. Though you don’t go there for tv, we were there for 5 nights for an event and there were satellite connection issues much of the time, which interrupted things. There were squeaks on the fridge cabinet door and even the light switches (how does that happen?). Also, only one of two elevators were in operation to guest rooms, even on Saturday night. Virtually everyone we ran into on the elevator mentioned the wait and didn’t know why there always seemed to be only one...
