“Amazing stay! We enjoyed our stay here as we explored the Dolomites. The room was clean and comfortable. We were lucky enough to get air conditioning even though it wasn’t part of the booking. (The family that checked in right before us was not as lucky…no AC.) The pool and hot tub was great even though the spa area is under construction. The breakfast buffet was incredible with many cold options and they offered eggs cooked to order as well. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This hotel always has many vacant rooms. Why is that? The communication at this hotel is non-existent and incredibly one-sided. They are lightning-fast when it's in their favor, but they conveniently ignore you when a problem arises. I requested a change/refund, but they waited until it was too late to reply, only to use that delay as an excuse to deny my request.
