We had an amazing one-night stay at the Simple Patagonia. This family-owned hotel was impeccably designed and sits on the waterfront about 5 minutes from downtown Puerto Natales, 10 minutes from the Puerto Natales bus terminal, and 5 minutes from the Puerto Natales airport. Our room had a beautiful view of the water and our meals were wonderful. Everyone who at the hotel was incredibly kind and helpful, and we’d definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was cozy and quaint. Our hosts were very warm and welcoming. The hotel is located 5 minutes from Puerto Natales airport and about an hour from the Torres Del Paine national park. Highly recommend and we would love to come back!

Excellent stay! We were able to leave bags between our multi-day trip to Torres del Paine and they were safe & waiting in our new room on return. Very friendly and helpful staff, warm and clean rooms, great location. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot.

Nice place for quick stays in Punta Arenas. Incredible host, close proximity to the airport, and nice amenities.

Kind staff, is a hotel designed to stay in during the day Thanks for caring my family

The hotel location is excellent. The staffs are super helpful. The room is clean, it could have more countertop spaces.

This is a small village with a population of only about 500 people, but during the peak season, it attracts a large number of tourists visiting Capillas de Mármol. Although the village has rather limited infrastructure, this hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. One of the best features was the shared kitchen, where guests could prepare simple meals. There was also a good restaurant nearby, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, the hotel exceeded...

It was an exciting drive.to get there but what a peaceful retreat. Andrea was delightful and attentive. She helped us place a take out order. Best sleep I have had on this trip! Breakfast was delicious..wish we had had at.least.enough time to walk down to the river! Next time!!?

Excelente experiencia, hostal muy limpio y acogedor, sin duda volvería !

Spectacular setting, outstanding dining, almost Michelin one quality, nice facility, nice bedroom and bathroom

Me encantó la recomendación que me dieron sobre lugares donde comer y qué hacer en natales.! un lugar poco retirado de la ciudad, pero perfecto para poder descansar.! Totalmente recomendado

Loved the personalized service. Small boutique style - Parisian feel. So unique. I highly recommend this place!!!!!!

Awesome boutique hotel. Super friendly accommodating staff. Rooms were spacious and accommodations excellent. Great food. Highly recommend this experience.

This was the perfect boutique hotel for our vacation in Patagonia. We were two hours away from Torres del Paine National Park which allowed us to do multiple day excursions and return home with plenty of time to enjoy Puerto Natales. The room was clean, modern and had a giant window with unobstructed spectacular views of the Patagonian landscape. The hotel manager, Barbara, would message every evening asking what time we would like breakfast served a traditional Chilean breakfast with fresh...

The owner Jacob was amazing. Very good attitude and attention to the needs of the guests. Gave great insight on the area and the trekking experience. Could not have asked for a better service. We would definitely recommend and also go back if we are in the area again.
