โLove this place! Definitely my favourite place I stayed at on the trip! So unique, welcoming and well kept. The staff were all super friendly, the owner was welcoming and available to answer questions. It was such a nice and relaxing place that it was a great stop to end our trip to unwind. I would like to run away from home and live here full time, please!
Also, the town itself was quite charming with so many alleyways filled with beautiful murals. โ
โThe property is embedded in a beautiful scenery and has a great view from the balcony. It is spacious and most things function well. It is a bit dirty, and a bit worn-out. Staff is friendly, uncoplicated. Parking on-site. โ
โThis is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay.โ
โBasic but nicely put together. Condition of fittings and room are good and clean. Easy to park right in front of hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Easily accessible to supermarkets, restaurants and town centre which are all nearby. โ
โProperty is excellent even though it it's quite a distance from the main attractions...the staff are friendly and courteous..one suggestion would be to provide the shuttle service free for hotel guests...โ
"My stay at this hotel was exceptionally pleasant, largely due to the fantastic breakfast buffet. The variety was outstanding, with delicious options from Chinese, Malay, Indian, and Western cuisines. It was a delightful way to start each day.
The pool was a bit chilly, but it didn't bother me at all. The sauna provided a perfect way to warm up afterward, making the pool experience still enjoyable. The executive lounge was another highlight, offering excellent service and amenities.
Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay. The combination of excellent food, relaxing facilities, and top-notch service made for a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
