"Quality for value, the place is "get what you pay for." It's located in China town, which sounds great, except you will NOT sleep!! The hotel is situated above a street market that begins setting up (screaming vendors, metal tables and stands slamming!!!) at 5am. The market is open till nearly 1am. "On arrival questions about who Expedia.ca was. Booked superior nonsmoking room, twin beds. Taken to gritty room with dbl bed, multiple cig. Burns on bathtub rim. Changed to rm w. twin beds, fewer cig burns. Bathroom grimy, lack of maintenance everywhere. 24 hour/day very loud traffic noise. Not a 4-star hotel as advertised!!! Far too pricey for value."

"The hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway, it’s sent within a golf country club, which is great. My only inconvenience was unrelated to the hotel, but apparently there’s a venue near by with hugely loud speakers which started music at 4am and it didn't stop probable after 9am. "We loved this hotel, spotless, comfortable bed, long desk, a spacious de luxe room with sofa. It has a separate shower room and bath tub with motorized curtain, and a day and night motorized window curtain. All staffs are welcoming in the lobby and reception especially Izu who patiently answered all our inquiries and recommended places to go. The coffee shop at the Ground floor serves delicious and affordable foods. The hotel is connected to a mall and has access in the GF. Accessible by taxi or Grab to tourist spots. Transportation is inexpensive. Highly recommended and will use other Pan Pacific hotels when we book in other countries. "
