“Hotel was neat and peaceful. I really liked it except the manner and attitude of people who are working there. Reception → Please inform us, if check in process takes more time. how long it will take and why. then we do not waste our time much. And when we check out, please communicate with us other than the payment. [For eg: Feedback of hotel etc..]provide basic manner at least, please.
