"The hotel rooms are as advertised and surprisingly quiet given it's at the Tokyo Station. Service was exceptional. House keeping was amazing, and you never felt like any request was too small or a bother. Nespresso in the rooms along with a kettle. Amazingly hot shower with fantastic water pressure. "Hotel Niwa was fantastic ! We stayed there twice on our trip and both times had a v enjoyable stay. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms v clean and comfortable and The massage chairs a god send when you’re walking 6 miles a day around Tokyo . The area is also nice and quiet and it was v easy to get round the city from Suidobashi station which was a 3min walk away . We will definitely come back to this lovely hotel on our next trip.. Arigato gozaimasu Hotel Niwa ! "

"This is easily the best hotel I have ever stayed by far. The staff made sure you feel special and appreciated. The time for check in and check out was 2pm and 12 pm respectively, which was generous. The executive lounge was very comfortable. Breakfast is also included for other restaurants. Satsuki was a great breakfast option. The Japanese garden was beautiful.
