Our one bedroom apartment was perfect, spacious and spotless. Nothing was too much trouble for the helpful staff and good selection of food and drink options around the corner as well as on site restaurant which we couldn’t try due to injury!

Nice hotel and good location.

Receptionist and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Hotel is convenient to Hagley Park, Botanic Gardens and within walking distance of museums, restaurants and shopping areas.

The room is comfortable, spacious, and clean. Even i didnt met any staffs on that day as i was checked in late, the staff contact me earlier that morning and let me know the check in procedures, feeling being welcome. Although sometimes may heard people talking in the corridor, but generally quiet. Nice experience!

We arrived late evening and had been well informed about the check in procedure. Big spacious room. A bit of a walk to the city centre. Beds were fine. Staff really nice!

Extremely friendly staff. They allowed us to checkin early and even carried our bags to our 2nd floor room. We didn’t realize we were getting a kitchen as part of our room—nice. Good location—walkable to restaurants and bars. An USB charging station in the room would have been nice.
