“This place is currently getting fixed and updated and needs a ton of work but we loved it. The views are amazing, amenities were great, food great, staff was awesome. Will definitely stay again!”

“Resort is beautiful, everyone is welcoming and very friendly. If you have difficulty walking the resort has steep hills and one really needs a car rental. Guests may call for the resort shuttle, but we felt captive and spent a lot on tips for the drivers. Breakfast buffet was good but not hot. Limited choices for lunch and dinner. Other than these, it was a relaxing time. ”

“When I first read reviews of Tamarind, the reviews were mixed. I decided to take a chance and we couldn’t have been happier. The room was spacious and clean. The location of our room was fantastic, I walked out with my coffee every morning and was greeted by the ocean. The pool was right there and my daughter loved that. The pool was large, overlooking the ocean and well maintained. The location was great. The staff were beyond wonderful. They were so friendly, welcoming and were eager to help...

“Every single person on the staff was helpful and welcoming. This recently-renovated property is right on the ocean. Even though we visited past peak season (so it wasn't busy) we were treated so well by the staff. Food and drinks were top-notch. They have Japanese food on the weekend, and really good sanwiches, pizza, etc. in the bar. I will miss the cool, spacious room and the view from the balcony.
