"The stay was wonderful. There are a lot of amenities to take advantage of. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars was because they only offered breakfast buffet when we were there and it wasn’t much better than what you get at the hotels that offer free breakfast…and it was $25/pp."

"The hot tub was not working. Also the hot tub in the room was not as clean as it should have been. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. I loved that it had two bathroom sinks in different rooms. That was a nice touch. You can tell they are doing renovations so I am sure it will be even nicer. All in all it was a nice hotel close to both Charlevoix and Petosky. Would definitely stay there again."

"The room was be dry nice and also very clean. I loved the bath tub. It was much bigger than a normal! The coffee in the lobby is very convenient and very good. The location was very convenient. In walking distance to multiple restaurants and multiple different beaches."

"We enjoyed are stay. We were able to use the firepits in the evening and had an enjoyable time meeting other guests. We walked to the beach access and found it nice and quite. We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again."

"Enjoyed our stay. Loved the location. Right across the street is a view of the lake. The rooms need a deep clean. Above my head in the bed were cob webs and when entering the room you are meet with a must/mold smell. We stayed for three nights and we were only given 2-3 large towels. I also don’t like the fact that they trust the people who are renting the rooms to wash the dishes thoroughly. I really hope that they wash them again after check out. I know I wash my dishes good but I don’t trust other people. I would trust the hotel staff more."

"It was a wonderful experience very much family like. Beds were extremely comfortable. There was no shortage of snacks and breakfast foods. The hosts were awesome. Everything was immaculately clean. The only disappointment was one of our suite rooms did not have an air conditioner however it did have a ceiling fan and another fan was provided, the temperatures were acceptable and comfortable ."
