골프여행으로 2박3일로 투숙했는데 1박후 청소와 수건 세면도구 음료 재세팅을 요구했으나 거절 당했습니다 당연한걸 거절 당해서 기분이 좋지 않았네요 청소와 침구교체는 퇴실할때만 하고 필요한건 따로 요청하라고하네요 그 외에는 괜찮습니다

깨끗하고 조용한 이든포레 호텔에서 온천 힐링 하세요~

근처 맛집도 많고 호텔도 신축이어서 깨끗하고 조용해서 좋았습니다. 충주 사과도 맛 좋고 근처에 식당들이 저렴하고 맛이 좋아서 놀랬습니다.

숙박에서는 욕조가 있다고 해서 결제 하였으나 샤워부스만 있었음. 프론트에 사람이 없어서 해결해달라고 할 곳이 없었음. 사진보다 작은 느낌이었으나 더 문제는 반응형 자동 전원/오프되는 불이 있는데 입구 바로 옆에 침대가 있어서 자면서 움직이면 불이 켜진다. 정말 잠을 잘 수 없었다.

괜찮아요

냉방이 중앙제어식이고 냉방은 이미 중단한 상태라 창문을 열었음에도 객실이 너무 덥고 공기가 답답했어요 객실내부에서 저희는 신발을 벗고 지내고 있었는데 직원분은 거침없이 신발신고 들어오셔서 좀 당황했어요 호텔 자체는 좋아서 냉방이든 난방이든 돌아가는 계절이라면 다시 머물고 싶습니다

부실공사 호텔

오픈한지 한달반 됐다고했어요 새건물 냄새나는건 깨끗하겠거니 하고 괜찮았어요...방 두개예약했는데 방 하나 욕실에서 물이 줄줄줄 김이 폴폴 뿐 아니라 로비는 완전 폭포수가 떨어지더라고요...완전 부실공사...새는방은 옮겨줘서 다행히 안새는 방에서 잤지만 자면서도 걱정이되고 베개는 너무 높아 잠을 잘수가 없었습니다...일하시는분 물새는거땜에 정신없으셔서 말도 못했고 수리때문인지 늦게까지 밖에서 말씀하셔서 잠을 설쳤습니다...매트리스는 개안앗고 스타일러 있는거 하나 좋았네요 일하시는분 잘못은 없지만 부실공사가 안타깝네요

이든 포레 신축 호텔 - 새거! 청결! 만족해요!(4인 가족)

* 위치 - 능암탄산온천이 맞은편에 보였음 - 이든 호텔과 이든 포레가 헷갈릴 듯(옆 집이고 같은 주차장 사용 - 이든 호텔(구관 느낌) / 이든 포레(신관 느낌) * 충주가 온천이 유명한데 숙박시설 연식이 있어서 신축 호텔로 알아봤음 - 우리가 처음 사용한 것 처럼 객실이 깨끗하고 새것이고 욕실이 반짝 반짝 했음 * 칫솔 치약세트, 빗, 폼클렌징, 샴푸, 린스, 샤워캡, 종이컵, 비누, 실내 슬리퍼, 타올, 일회용 면도기 있었음 * 4인 가족으로 예약 - 1인 침대 2개 나란히 / 벙커 방? 큰 침대 1개(이불 바스락 바스락 느낌 좋고 완존 청결, 침대 편안함) * 소파 - 벽에 붙여서 좁음(치킨 먹을 때 탁자 없어서 바닥에서 먹음) * 이든 포레 주차장 바로 옆에 ‘이든 호텔’ 있었는데 연식이 있어 보였고 / 이든 호텔 지하 - 온천 사우나 있어서 이용했음(시설은 목욕탕 같았지만 온천물 검나 좋음 - 이든 포레 투숙객이라고 하면 5천원으로 할인해줌 * 신축 이어서 상가 텅 비어있음 - 일반 호텔 처럼 조식 못먹음 맞은편과 주변에 식당 있음(식당 운영시간은 각각 다름) * 시내와 거리가 조금 있어서(20~30분 정도) 저녁 먹고 호텔로 들어 가든지 먹을 거 사가지고 가야될 듯 - 저녁 8:30경 호텔 부근 식당 문 닫아서 슈퍼에서 컵라면 사가지고 갔음 - BHC 통닭 배달가능했음(전화 주문으로 / 배민 안됨 ~ 텅) * ‘이든 포레’ 호텔 부근이 탄산온천으로 유명한 듯(능암탄산온천 이른 아침부터 고객들 북적북적 해보였음) 호텔 가는 길에 중원 고구려비 기념관도 보였음
