I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any requests. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Had a great 5 days at this hotel everything went perfectly the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of verity. The room was clean and loved the glass bathroom

Photos on Expedia and other reviews were quite misleading for this property. The room was in pretty rough shape when we arrived( tape on. The wall covering a crack, missing tile on the bathroom wall and the shower didn't drain properly causing the bathroom floor to flood everytime) We reporothe shower to the front desk twice and all they said was we will let the cleaning staff know. No effort to fix the problem just to clean up the water. The king bed was two twins pushed together (which is fine) except that the mattresses were different heights causing the middle to be very uncomfortable. Mattresses were also rock hard. This hotel is located across the street from a hospital so it is very loud outside all day and into the. Night. It does quiet down between about 10pm-5am. So keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper. Hotel breakfast was mid at best, we definitely had better ones during our stay in Vietnam and chose to just eat out in the area instead on the last day. Hotel location is great very close to tons of shopping, restaurants and attractions in old town. But wanted to be honest with what your getting staying here. It's cheap and if your a sound sleeper it's ok but the room may have some issues.
