"Excellent staff who were very helpful. Lovely room and facilities. The hotel is really good value and with good location. Good transport link to get anywhere.
Let down on the day before leaving only by the cleaning of the room which was not done despite calling reception to say that we'd accidently broken a glass and the floor needed cleaning for safety reasons. We cleaned as best as we could but very wary of stepping on tiny glass shards. "

"All the staff were very hard working and friendly. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Fridge in room which was very handy. Food was varied everyday with lots of choices. Hotel location was good for us as away from main tourist areas. We would stay here again."

"The apartment was fully equipped with everything required. It was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living/dining areas. The television has Netflix, YouTube etc, lots of entertainment to watch. The apartment is very well situated and is close to the bus stops. The rooftop sun trap with an added bonus of of hot tubs. An excellent place to stay for a holiday and would definitely recommend Horizon Suites."
