“We had a very pleasant stay at the IBIS hotel. The staff were super friendly, well organised and helpful. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the breakfast selection. The hotel is well located with easy transport links. We would definitely be staying there again.”

“Staff were useless”

Downside to the room was that there are no outside views, windows in the room are internal so no natural light. Breakfast was good, plenty of selection.”

“The view from my room was wonderful. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel website clearly stipulated 24hr free shuttle from the airport but it was never the case . I had to pay for private transfer. It’s misleading clients. Unfortunately, the shower wasn’t working properly as there was no pressure and the shower door was broken. I couldn’t watch TV as the plug didn’t fit in the socket. The Floor was stained and not mopped well. Breakfast was minimal and on most days there was...

“The room is not in the hotel; it's in the Canifor hotel, the upside of this is you get the Canifor facilities, the downside is getting to the room is the long way.”

“I was disappointed with my stay at this accommodation and unfortunately cannot recommend it based on my experience. There was no TV or Wi-Fi available for the entire duration of my stay, which was very inconvenient and did not meet my expectations for the accommodation advertised. Communication was also poor. It was difficult to get clear and timely responses when I needed assistance, which made the experience more frustrating. Although I understand that problems can sometimes occur, I would...
