This email is generic and most of the facilities did not apply to the room we had booked. This email can be considered as quite misleading. We were given room 93 which is upstairs using a very steep and uncovered staircase. This room will be completely unsuitable for anyone with slight mobility issues. ...

"If it was just me staying here it would have been perfect. I love the location, Zwolle’s old town is an amazing place to stay. The room was large but the shower and sink area had no door, which presents some problems when you have other people there with you. The separate toilet although not uncommon in the Netherlands is a bit of a pain. It wasn’t the room in the photo, so we had different expectations, but this is our own fault. Our daughter had to sleep in a sofa bed, which again we were not...

We liked the house, but we lacked a place to put our suitcases. They couln't fit under the bed and the space was limited, so we often had to move them.
